Shipping and processing costs for orders placed on Wig.com depend upon the methods and options you choose. The fee for shipping & processing applies to your complete order, even if an item is backordered and multiple shipments are required.

U.S. Standard Delivery:

• Available in the continental United States only, delivered Monday - Friday.
• Allow 5 - 7 business days for delivery of in-stock items.
• Allow 8 - 11 business days for delivery of Select Brand items.
• Allow 7 - 12 business days for all orders containing Ellen Wille items.
• Allow 10 - 14 business days for all orders containing HotHair items.

U.S. 2-3 Day Delivery: $15.99

• Add $15.99 to your standard shipping charge.
• Available in the continental United States only, delivered Monday - Friday.
• Allow 2 - 3 business days for delivery of in-stock items.
• Not available on "Select Brand" items.

U.S. Overnight Delivery (limited zip codes): $35.99

• Add $35.99 to your standard shipping charge.
• Orders must be placed prior to 1:00 pm (Eastern time) for delivery the following business day.
• Allow 1 business day for delivery of in-stock items.
• Available in the continental United States to limited zip codes only, delivered Monday - Friday.
• Not available on Select Brand items.
• Cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

Canadian Delivery: $23.99

• Allow 10 - 15 business days for delivery of in-stock items.
• Select Brand items delivered to Canada are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.

Canadian Tax Rates:

• Residents of Ontario, add HST 13%.
• Residents of Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador add HST 15%.
• Residents of all other provinces, add GST 5%.
