EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our first priority. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return unworn, unaltered items with tags attached in original packaging, per the guidelines below. You may ship exchanges and returns via your preferred ship method. We recommend that you insure your package and keep a copy of the tracking slip for your records.

Exchanges:
To qualify for a FREE onetime exchange, returned wigs must be received by Wig.com within 21 days of the original purchase ship date and must be accompanied by an Exchange Authorization Number. Wigs may be exchanged only once. To receive an Exchange Authorization Number and to return your purchase for a FREE onetime exchange within the 21 days' time:
  1. Fill out the online Exchange Authorization Form. If the exchange request is accepted, you will be contacted via email with an Exchange Authorization Number.
  2. Write the provided Exchange Authorization Number on the OUTSIDE of your package AND on the Exchange/Return Form.
  3. Put your completed Exchange/Return Form and the item you are returning INSIDE your package.
  4. Affix the provided Return Address Label to the OUTSIDE of your package. OR write the following address on the OUTSIDE of your package:

Failure to supply the Exchange Authorization Number will incur a 20% restocking fee. SmartLabel® fee of $7.99 will be deducted, if applicable.

Returns:
Within 21 days, of the original purchase ship date wigs may be returned for a refund, excluding shipping and processing fees. To make a return:
  1. Fill out the Exchange/Return Form that is on the back of the packing slip that came with your original package.
  2. Put your completed Exchange/Return Form and the item you are returning INSIDE your package.
  3. Affix the provided Return Address Label to the OUTSIDE of your package. OR write the following address on the OUTSIDE of your package:

All returns (including refused packages) will incur a 20% restocking fee. SmartLabel® fee of $7.99 will be deducted, if applicable.

WIGSHOP™ Product Exchanges:
WIGSHOP™ wigs may be returned for exchange ONLY.

Restrictions:
  • All time periods are calculated from original ship date.
  • All exchanges and returns will be inspected. Those items not in pristine condition will be discarded with no exchange or refund applied.
  • All original packaging must accompany your exchange or return (including hair net, tags, tissue paper, and inserts) must accompany your exchange or return.
  • Pristine items received after time period guidelines will be DONATED TO CHARITY on your behalf, with no exchange or refund applied.
  • Clearance and Final Sale items CANNOT be exchanged or returned. Any returned Clearance and Final Sale items will be DONATED TO CHARITY on your behalf, with no exchange or refund applied.
  • Items shipped to Canada and internationally are Final Sale and CANNOT be exchanged or returned. Any returned items originally shipped to Canada or internationally will be DONATED TO CHARITY on your behalf, with no exchange or refund applied.
  • Wig accessories (such as wig liners, foam heads, and color rings) are Final Sale and CANNOT be exchanged or returned.
  • Discount/Special Offer items will have refunds adjusted accordingly.
  • Buy 1 Get 1 Free (BOGO) items are for exchange only.

Exchanges and refunds are normally processed within 5 business days of receipt. Check refunds may take up to 21 days to process.
