We are happy to accept returns for exchange. In the
event that you wish to exchange your purchase due to an error made
in color, style or size selection, you can exchange your item for
an alternate choice in color, style or size. Follow the guidelines
outlined below to successfully process your exchange request.

1. You must contact us within 7 business days* from the
receipt of your order via email at Exchanges@Wig.com
with your exchange request, or for fastest service use our quick
and easy Return
Authorization Form. Please include the necessary style number,
color and size of the new item you wish in exchange. If the exchange
is authorized, you will receive an email with a "Return Authorization
Number" (RA #) that MUST be included on the OUTSIDE of the
returned package. We recommend that you insure the package when
returning merchandise. We also recommend that you keep a copy of
the tracking slip for your records. Please return your merchandise

2. We must receive the exchanged merchandise within 7 business
days* from the issuance of the Return Authorization Number. Return
shipping charges are to be paid by the customer, collect shipments
will be refused.
3. Exchanged merchandise must be sent back to us in its
original condition and packaging. The returned item must have the
original hairnet, labels and tags attached and must not be altered
in any way. Items that have been worn or exposed to odors such as
perfume or cigarette smoke will not be accepted.
4. The return must include the style number, color, and
size that you are requesting in exchange. If no item is indicated,
your package will be returned directly to you. Any shipping and
handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Note:
Exchanged merchandise is not eligible for additional return or exchange.
Frequent exchanges will be subject to an approval process.
We do not accept any return for exchange on hair accessories (i.e.:
shampoo, conditioner hairspray), color rings, any "final sale"
or "clearance" items.
*Wig.com understands that international shipping may take longer
and will adjust these guidelines as necessary for those items.
